The NoiseFit Diva comes with 100+ watch faces that you can browse in the NoiseFit Focus app. To change the face from the watch, touch and hold the home screen and swipe to pick one; from the app, open the device page, select Watch Faces, choose your design and tap Save to sync it to the watch.

You can adjust brightness directly on the NoiseFit Diva. Wake the screen, swipe down from the home screen to open quick settings, select Brightness and slide it to the level you prefer. Lowering the brightness here is also one of the easiest ways to extend the watch's battery life between charges.

When the Diva is connected to your phone over Bluetooth, incoming calls appear on the watch and you can answer, reject or end them using the on-screen controls, speaking through the watch's built-in mic and speaker. You can also see recent calls and dial saved contacts from your wrist.

Before setting up make sure that your smartphone and NoiseFit Diva are charged and next to each other. Connect the charging cable to turn on the watch. Download the NoiseFit Focus app on your smartphone. Open the NoiseFit Focus app and allow the BT and GPS positioning to be turned on. Feed in your personal information and health goals in the app. Go to the add device page in the app and select the device type and link the watch. 

Most sync, setup and notification problems come from a dropped Bluetooth connection. Make sure the watch and phone are within range, the NoiseFit Focus app is running and locked in the background (on Android), notifications and alerts are enabled in the app, and Do Not Disturb is off on the watch. If it still won't sync or set up, reset the Diva and pair it again.

You can restart, power off or reset the NoiseFit Diva from the watch itself. To restart, wake the screen, long-press the side button and choose Restart. To power off, swipe down to Settings, then System, then Shut down. To factory reset, go to Settings, System and choose Reset - do this before re-pairing if the watch is misbehaving.

You can review your workouts in the NoiseFit Focus app. Open the app, tap the Sports icon on the Home screen and select Total activities to see your recorded sessions, including duration, calories and other metrics. The watch logs each activity and syncs it to the app over Bluetooth so you can track progress over time.

The units of measurement, such as distance and weight, are set when you first configure the NoiseFit Focus app, and on the Diva they cannot be changed afterwards without resetting the app. Choose your preferred metric or imperial units carefully during initial setup to avoid having to reconfigure your profile later.

The NoiseFit Diva includes female health tracking alongside a full suite of wellness sensors: continuous and on-demand heart-rate monitoring, SpO2 blood-oxygen measurement, sleep tracking (which records even when the app is disconnected and syncs later), an in-built pedometer for daily steps, and calorie estimates based on your heart rate, activity, steps, height, weight and age. The NoiseFit Diva uses a 16mm strap. You can swap it easily using the quick-release mechanism on the underside of the band - slide the pin to release the old strap and click the new one into place. Replacement straps are available to buy from the official Noise website.
