Before setting up, make sure that your smartphone and NoiseFit Diva 2 are charged and next to each other. Connect the charging cable to turn on the watch. Most sync, setup and notification problems come from a dropped Bluetooth connection. Make sure the watch and phone are within range, the NoiseFit app is running and locked in the background (on Android), notifications and alerts are enabled in the app, and Do Not Disturb is off on the watch. If it still won't sync or set up, reset the Diva 2 and pair it again.

You can restart, power off or reset the NoiseFit Diva 2 from the watch. To restart, wake the screen, swipe up to Settings, select Reboot and confirm. To power off, swipe up to Settings and choose Power Off. To factory reset, go to Settings, select Reset and confirm - do this before re-pairing if the watch is misbehaving.
