You can set the brightness from the Noise Buddy app. Go to the device screen, select more settings where you find the screen brightness settings. Click on screen brightness settings and adjust from Level 1 to Level 5 as per your convenience.

Go to Stopwatch on your Scout. Long press to enter into the stopwatch profile. Click once on the touch to start, pause and resume. Long press will end the count and take you back to the stopwatch profile.

How do I activate my SIM for the Noise Scout smartwatch?
Choose a Nano-SIM that operates on a 4G network that’s either on prepaid or postpaid connection. Make sure it’s recharged, has an active net connection and supports incoming calls and receives text messages.
How do I install the SIM?
Power off the watch. Turn over the watch and carefully remove the SIM card cover. Install the SIM according to the instructions, place the cover and power on the watch.
How do I set up the Noise Scout device?
Before setting up make sure that your smartphone and Noise Scout are charged and are next to each other. Connect the charging cable to turn on the watch. Download the Noise Buddy app on your smartphone. Go to the app. Select 'Add New Device' from the app menu and scan the Noise Scout smartwatch. Enter the phone number of the SIM card installed on the watch.

This may be because it might have lost signal connection or the watch’s battery is dead. For syncing ensures that your smartwatch has a stable network connection and is fully charged.
