Where is the touch enabled feature on the neckband?
The touch enabled feature is on the left side of the neckband collar and you can use it to play/pause music, change tracks, answer, end and reject calls and activate Siri or Google Assistant.

How do I get the best sound?
During calls, make sure that your mobile is in a good network zone and if you are streaming music, ensure it’s from good quality streaming platforms; the music is playing at 320kbps and is within a 10-metre range.

How do I pair my Noise Flair BT neckband with my mobile device?
Turn on your Noise Flair neckband by separating the magnetic earbuds from each other. Note: As soon as it is powered on, the blinking white and red LED indicates that it is in pairing mode. Turn on your device’s BT and open the BT menu. Select add device and from the list of devices select Noise Flair.
Can I pair two devices with my Noise Flair at the same time?
Yes, you can pair two devices with your Noise Flair via Dual Pairing Mode. Connect Noise Flair with device 1. Turn off the BT of Device 1 and connect the Noise Flair with device 2. Turn on BT of Device 1, both the devices will be paired and ready to be used. Note: When device 1 is playing music, Noise Flair can control the music of device 1. In order to play music in device 2, pause the music in device 1 and play music in device 2.
How do I use my new Noise Flair BT neckband?
To turn on the neckband, separate the magnetic earbuds from each other. To turn off the neckband, attach the magnetic earbuds together. To play/pause music, tap the touch control once. To go back to the previous song, tap the touch control thrice. To go to the next song, tap the touch control twice. To answer a call, tap the touch control once. To end a call, tap the touch control twice. To reject an incoming call, long press the touch control for 2 seconds.
