HOW DO I CONSERVE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH BATTERY?Noise Explorer works on mobile phone technology and similar to mobile phones, we recommend charging it every night so that it is ready for the next day.The following things will affect the battery life of the watch:Location update frequency, the number of calls made or received from the smartwatch, display brightness, raise to wake feature and SIM credit.• You can adjust the display brightness by swiping down at the clock screen. Note: Set the brightness level at 50% to conserve battery.• You can choose to turn on the Raise to wake' feature in the settings menu as the default setting is off. When turned on, the screen illuminates frequently during normal use.Note: Turn off the ‘Raise to wake' feature to improve the battery life.Make sure that your SIM card has not run out of credit. Lack of credit causes the internet connection to stop working which leads to excessive battery consumption as it tries to establish the internet connection.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH IS CHARGING PROPERLY?When the charging cable is connected to the watch, the screen lights up and displays the charging indication. If it doesn’t then:• Plug the USB cable into a power adaptor and the adaptor into an electrical socket.Note: The power adaptor is not included in the packaging and use the charging cable provided    with the watch to charge.• Place the magnetic charger on the magnetic charging points of the watch.• While your watch is charging, the screen will show its progress.• Once the battery is fully charged, 100% charged will be displayed on the watch screen and charging will stop automatically.• Remove the charger once it’s done.WHAT KIND OF ADAPTER SHOULD I USE TO CHARGE THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?We recommend using a power adapter with 5V/1Amp USB power source.Smartwatch does not turn onWHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH IS NOT CHARGING?If your Noise Explorer smartwatch is not charging then follow these steps:• Check the four charging points on the charging cradle behind Noise Explorer smartwatch for damage.• Connect the charging dock to a USB power source. Once connected, the screen will turn on with the battery charging indication. If the screen does not turn on, it indicates that the USB power source or the USB cable may be faulty.• Clean the charging points on the charging dock and on Noise Explorer smartwatch with a damp cloth. However, make sure that the charging contacts are dry before proceeding.HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER THE CHARGING DOCK ON THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH IS WORKING PROPERLY?When the charging cable is connected to the watch, the screen lights up and displays the charging indication. If it doesn’t then:Make sure that the USB power source is working.Check the charging contacts on the dock and the smartwatch and make sure that they are clean. 

HOW DO I RESET NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?On the Noise Explorer smartwatch, go to Settings and choose to Reset. This will restore factory settings on the watch.

HOW DO I ENSURE THAT MY KID IS HEARD PROPERLY?The microphone on the Noise Explorer smartwatch is very sensitive and comes with high-quality noise-cancelling feature. In normal background noise level conditions, keep the smartwatch 20-30 cms away from the mouth to be heard clearly by the receiver. In high background noise level conditions, keep the smartwatch closer to your mouth. HOW DO I GET THE BEST AUDIO OUTPUT FROM THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH'S SPEAKER?The speaker level can be adjusted on the Noise Explorer smartwatch. go to settings and select Volume to adjust the volume level as per your preference. The holes on the top of the Noise Explorer smartwatch allow audio from the speaker to be heard. But make sure that the holes are not blocked and do not have water in it. 

HOW DO I ADJUST THE DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS OF THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?You can adjust the brightness on the Noise Explorer smartwatch, go to settings, select brightness and you can set the brightness as per your preference. HOW DO I CHANGE THE WATCH FACE OF NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?You can change the watch face of Noise Explorer smartwatch. Long press on the watchface and select the watchface from as per your preference.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY?Clean the display gently using a damp cloth and restart.

HOW DO I INCREASE THE AUDIO LEVEL ON THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?During calls, the volume control appears on the Noise Explorer smartwatch's screen. Adjust the volume using this control as per your preference.WHY ARE INCOMING CALLS GETTING REJECTED?Noise Explorer smartwatch can reject an incoming call if the caller's number is not added to the contact list. Ensure that the numbers allowed to contact the child are added into the contact list. You can also enable callers to contact your child, who are not in the app's contact list and from unknown numbers, from the app.HOW DO I CHANGE THE NOTIFICATION SETTING FROM VIBRATE TO RINGTONE MODE?On your Noise Explorer smartwatch, go to settings and select volume and go to Ringtone to change the notification settings.HOW DO I ADD CONTACTS ON MY NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?In order to add contacts on the Noise Explorer smartwatch, make sure that your Noise Amigo app is paired.On your Noise Amigo app, go to more, select add watch contacts, tap the '+' icon and enter the name and number. 

HOW DO I VIDEO CALL FROM THE NOISE Amigo APP?On the Noise Amigo app, go to the chat, select a video call option.CAN I VIDEO CALL FROM THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?Yes, you can make a  video call from the Noise Explorer smartwatch as it comes with a 2-way video calling feature. WHO CAN VIDEO CALL FROM THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?By default, the Primary Account Holder can video call to the smartwatch from the app. Other users can be granted access to make video calls to the watch by using Device Sharing feature.IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON THE VIDEO CALLS?No, the video calls do not come with a time limit. However, we recommend keeping the call under a few minutes to prevent the watch’s battery drainage.DOES THE VIDEO CALL FEATURE USE MORE BATTERY THAN NORMAL VOICE CALLING?During a video call, the Noise Explorer smartwatch consumes a little more battery than a voice call. We recommend balancing the use of video and voice calling to get the best result out of the smartwatch’s battery.HOW MUCH INTERNET DATA IS CONSUMED DURING A VIDEO CALL?Approximately 6-7MB of data per minute is consumed during a video call.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF POOR COVERAGE?For optimal and reliable mobile coverage, make sure that the Noise Explorer smartwatch is inserted with the correct SIM card. Noise Explorer smartwatch is compatible with leading network providers (JIO, AIRTEL, Vodafone and BSNL) and with 4G/3G/2G bands. In case you are experiencing poor coverage, check with your SIM card provider about the network infrastructure. Check the coverage in your area using your service providers’ coverage map as well. WHAT TO DO IF THE SMARTWATCH DOES NOT SHOW ANY NETWORK?On the Noise Explorer smartwatch, swipe down from the home screen and check the network signal strength and name. If the network strength does not show up then follow these troubleshooting steps:1. Check if the SIM card has been inserted correctly and is compatible with the Noise Explorer smartwatch. Make sure that the SIM is activated and has internet data along with the credit.2. Restart Noise Explorer.3. If it doesn’t show the network then try another SIM card in the Noise Explorer smartwatch.

WHAT IS A SCHOOL MODE?In this mode, all non-essential functions in the smartwatch will be disabled and it will only display the time, making it an ideal tool for educational environments. Parents and guardians can activate school mode on Noise Explorer to create distraction-free classroom periods.HOW DO I SET UP SCHOOL MODE?To activate school mode, go to the Noise Amigo app, go to more, select school mode and add up to 5 class periods with their corresponding start and end times with repeat settings.HOW DO I KNOW IF THE SCHOOL MODE IS ACTIVATED ON THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?Once the school mode is activated, the screen will display ‘Silent mode’ when it is turned on. The school mode deactivates all other smart features in the watch.

WHAT IS THE SMART LOCATION UPDATE?Whenever Noise Explorer detects a motion or movement, it updates the location to the server once every 3 minutes. HOW DO I USE LOCATION ON DEMAND?In your Noise Amigo app, go to the location, tap 'update location' and it will show the smartwatch’s position.

WHAT ARE SAFE ZONES?Safe zones are areas set up in the Noise Amigo app by the parents/guardians. When the watch user arrives and leaves these pre-programmed zones, an optional notification will be sent to the Noise Amigo app informing them about the movement.HOW DO I SET UP A SAFE ZONE?On your Noise Amigo app, go to More, select 'Set Safe Zones’ screen. Tap the '+' icon and move the highlighted zone to the desired location to mark the boundaries of the safe zone. Once the safe zone has been created, you’ll need to set up safe zone alerts.HOW DO I RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS WHEN THE SMARTWATCH USER HAS ENTERED OR LEFT A SAFE ZONE?Based on the location data pings, whenever Noise Explorer detects that the user has left or entered the safe zone, it sends a notification to the Noise Amigo app. You can see that as a push notification on the notification tab of the Noise Amigo app.

HOW DO I GET AN SOS ALERT ON MY APP?The smartwatch user needs to press the power button on the Noise Explorer smartwatch for 15 seconds to make the SOS call to the admin user.

HOW DO I SEND A MESSAGE ON THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?On the Noise Explorer smartwatch, swipe from the home screen, go to the chat feature, select the name and tap on the mic icon to send a voice message.

WHY DOES THE SMARTWATCH NOT REFLECT THE UPDATED SETTINGS MADE ON THE NOISE Amigo APP?Noise Explorer smartwatch takes a few minutes to reflect the changes made in the Noise Amigo app. However, if the watch does not reflect the changes then check the network connection, credit balance and the active data connection of the SIM.

HOW DO I UPDATE THE NOISE Explorer KIDS SMARTWATCH FIRMWARE?Noise Explorer will automatically check for a software update in the early hours of the morning and download and install the available update overnight.Note: This is possible when the Noise Explorer smartwatch is left powered on and charging overnight.You can also check manually to see if there are any updates available.On your Noise Explorer smartwatch, go to the settings and select device settings. Select system upgrade to see if there are any available updates.Note: Downloading updates consumes mobile network data and may result in additional  charges.

ARE THE MATERIALS SAFE IN THE NOISE Explorer SMARTWATCH?Noise Explorer has been manufactured using safe and hypoallergenic materials. The smartwatch has also been extensively tested and found compliant with 209 substances of very high concern, Nickel, Organic Tins and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH).DOES NOISE Explorer EMIT HARMFUL RADIATION?There are very strict international standards which govern the amount of radiation exposure against defined limits. The actual test is called Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) and this rate needs to be below 2W/kg averaged over 10g body tissue for proximity to head and 4W/kg averaged of 10g of body tissue for wrist wear. The highest measurement when Explorer was tested was 1.39 W/Kg for the front of face, and 1.09 W/kg for wrist worn.CAN WE USE NOISE Explorer SAFELY?Noise Explorer is a radio transmitter and receiver and is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves recommended by international guidelines. Care should be taken when using Noise Explorer in the situations described below:• Aircraft- Switch off your wireless device whenever you are instructed to do so by airport or airline staff.• Hospital- Mobile phones should be switched off wherever you are requested to do so in hospitals, clinics or health care facilities. These requests are designed to prevent possible interference with sensitive medical equipment.• Petrol stations- Obey all posted signs with respect to the use of wireless devices or other radio equipment in locations with flammable material and chemicals.Switch off your wireless device whenever you are instructed to do so by authorized staff.• Interference- Care must be taken when using the phone in close proximity to personal medical devices, such as pacemakers and hearing aids.• For Pacemakers- Pacemaker manufacturers recommend that a minimum separation of 15 cms be maintained between a mobile phone and a pacemaker to avoid potential interference.

HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I ENABLE ON THE NOISE Amigo APP?You can enable up to 4 Noise Explorer smartwatches in your Noise Amigo account.CAN I INSTALL NOISE Amigo ON MULTIPLE PHONES?Yes, you can install Noise Amigo on multiple phones and log in with the same account.
