How do I control the Air Clips?

The control functions on the Air Clips are touch-enabled.

How is the calling quality?
The call quality depends on a good network and disturbances in the surroundings.

Does it announce the caller's name or number on incoming calls?
No, it doesn’t. You will get notifications for incoming calls through tone alerts on your Air Clips.

Is Air Clips waterproof?
Air Clips come with an IPX5 rating which means that it’s water-resistant. However, it needs to be completely dried before the next use.

Is noise cancellation available?
Yes, environmental noise cancellation is available during calls.

What are the colour options?
Air Clips come in three colour options: Pearl Black, Pearl White and Pearl Purple.

Is Air Clips compatible with iPhones?

Yes, it’s compatible with iPhones.

Is Air Clips compatible with Android smartphones?

Yes, it’s compatible with Android smartphones.

Can Air Clips be connected to a laptop/computer?

Yes, it can be connected to the laptop/computer as long as it is equipped with BT connectivity.

Can Air Clips be connected to more than one device at a time?

Yes, it supports dual-device pairing.

Does it support BT 4.0?

Air Clips is best suited with BT v5.4. However, it also supports smartphones with BT v4.0.

What is the BT range of the phone?

The BT range is 10 meters without any obstacles.

Can I use Siri/Google Assistant?

Yes, you can use Siri & Google Assistant.

What is the battery backup?

The battery backup of the Air Clips is up to 45 hours with the case.

How much time does it take to charge?

It takes 60 minutes to charge the Air Clips and 120 minutes to charge the case.

How do I check the Air Clips battery level?

You can check the battery level of Air Clips on your smartphone. Go to the notification bar and look at the BT icon. The battery level is mentioned under it.

Can I charge Air Clips with my PC/laptop?

Yes, you can charge Air Clips with your PC/laptop.

Does Air Clips have a fast-charging provision?

Yes, it has fast charging.

How do I turn the Air Clips on and off?
The Air Clips will automatically turn on when you open the charging case and take them out and will automatically turn off once placed inside the charging case with the lid closed.

How do I pair Air Clips with my smartphone?

Before pairing, make sure that your Air Clips and the mobile device are next to each other. Open the charging case and take out the Air Clips from the charging case. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone. Search and select Noise Air Clips. Your Air Clips is now ready to use.

Note: The Air Clips will automatically connect to the last paired devices.

How do I reset Noise Air Clips? 

To reset your Air Clips make sure it’s fully charged. From your Bluetooth settings, delete/remove Noise Air Clips from the list of paired devices. 

Then take out the Air Clips from the charging case and long-press both Air Clips for 7 seconds, red and white LED lights will blink. Place the Air Clips inside the charging case and repeat the pairing process.

Is there a warranty for this product?

Yes, there is a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery of the product.
