No, it doesn’t. You will get notifications for incoming calls through tone alerts on your Air Clips 2.

Air Clips 2 comes with an IPX5 rating which means that it’s water-resistant. However, it needs to be completely dried before the next use.

Is noise cancellation available?

Yes, environmental noise cancellation is available during calls.

Air Clips 2 is best suited with BT v5.3. However, it also supports smartphones with BT v4.0.

What is the BT range of the phone?

The BT range is 10 meters without any obstacles.

How do I check the Air Clips 2 battery level?

You can check the battery level of Air Clips 2 on your smartphone. Go to the notification bar and look at the BT icon. The battery level is mentioned under it.

Can I charge Air Clips 2 with my PC/laptop?

Yes, you can charge Air Clips 2 with your PC/laptop.

Does Air Clips 2 have a fast-charging provision?

Yes, it has fast charging.

How do I turn the Air Clips 2 on and off?

The Air Clips 2 will automatically turn on when you open the charging case and take them out and will automatically turn off once placed inside the charging case with the lid closed.

How do I pair Air Clips 2 with my smartphone?

Before pairing, make sure that your Air Clips 2 and the mobile device are next to each other. Open the charging case and take out the Air Clips 2 from the charging case. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone. Search and select Noise Air Clips 2. Your Air Clips 2 is now ready to use.

Note: The Air Clips 2 will automatically connect to the last paired devices.

How do I reset Noise Air Clips 2? 

To reset your Air Clips 2 make sure it’s fully charged. From your Bluetooth settings, delete/remove Noise Air Clips 2 from the list of paired devices.

Next, put the Air Clips 2 inside the charging case. Press and hold the charging case button for 7 seconds. Orange LED will start blinking indicating that the buds have been reset.

Now, place the Air Clips 2 inside the charging case and repeat the pairing process.

Is there a warranty for this product?

Yes, there is a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery of the product.
