Refunds are not offered on Noise Smart Watches purchases. All sales are final. We offer 6 months warranty on Software Issues.

 In case of any defect, color or fit issue with your product, you can raise an exchange request within 5 days of receiving the product. There won't be any refunds until and unless the product is not in stock with us.

What to keep in mind when returning a product?

1.Items can be returned or replaced. However, if an item is damaged or different from the condition when delivered then we will not be able to replace the product or provide a refund.
2.Incase of any issue regarding mobile cover size or wrong shipment delivered, customer care representative should be notified within 10 days from the date of delivery.

What to do if I do not receive my order?

What is the procedure if I wish to request for a return/replacement?

We wish to provide you a speedy solution!
If you wish to return/replace any product that you purchased from us then kindly click here, fill in your details and select “Any issues/related to refund/replacement procedure” option in the subject section. Our support team will contact you within 24-48 hours.

What is the procedure after I have asked for a return/replacement?

1.If you do not get the return/replacement product within 7-10 business days then you can contact our support team. They will be happy to assist you
2.We arrange reverse pick up for certain products*.
3.In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request. If the item has already been dispatched then you can reject the replacement order.

When are returns not acceptable?

1.We will not be able to accept any returns after 10 days from the date of delivery.
2.We do not accept when the item is damaged or broken. Items should not be used.
3.All the items delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.
