2. What is the procedure if I wish to request for a return/replacement?
  • Please notify Gonoise within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process kindly click here. If you are unable to get in touch with Gonoise, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, Gonoise will arrange the reverse pick up for the product that is under Return Policy Timeline. Do note that an amount of Rs. 150 will be charged from you in case of reverse pick up.
  • You can also self-ship product where reverse pick up may not be applicable. Dispatch the product within 48 hours after return request is raised. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed towards the self-shipment cost from your end in the form of a coupon code.
  • Returned products are to be packed in the original packing.
Note: For all self-shipped returns, please ensure product is packed properly and a reliable courier service is used.
3. What to do if I do not receive my order?

4. What are the conditions for Replacements for different categories of products?

Smart Watches:

  • Software issue
  • Not switching on
  • Battery life- draining fast
  • Damaged at the time of delivery
  • Features not working
  • Not able to sync with the smartphone
Note: If you want another smart watch (only for higher price), the reverse shipping charges will be paid by you.

Mobile cases:

  • Fitting issue (Have to provide the dimensions of the product and your phone through images/video)
  • Different print received
  • Damaged product received.

Fashion Accessories:

  • Size issue (If different than what is claimed on the website listing)
  • Damaged product received

Action Cameras:

  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Software Issue

Wireless Speakers:

  • Damaged at the time of delivery

  • Not able to sync with the smartphone
5. What is the procedure after I have asked for a return/replacement?
  • If you do not get the return/replacement product within 7-10 business days then you can contact our support team. They will be happy to assist you
  • We arrange reverse pick up for certain products.
  • In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request. If the item has already been dispatched then you can reject the replacement order at the time of delivery.
6. When are returns not acceptable?
  • We will not be able to accept any returns after 5-7 days depending upon the category from the date of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken. Product should not be used.
  • All the products delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.
7. What is the eligibility for refund?

A product is eligible for refund, if it fulfills this condition:

  • Received different product from what was ordered

Refund will not be offered under these conditions:

  • Received incomplete order
  • Product is damaged by you
  • Wrong Order placed by you
  • Did not like the product
  • After reverse pickup, Gonoise receives product in damaged condition
8. CANCELLATIONS:

1. How do I cancel my order?

  • We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.

2. How long will it take to complete my cancellation request?

  • It will take 1-2 business days to cancel your order. You will be informed by our support team regarding your cancellation via e-mail or call.
9. Business/Bulk Order Policy
  • Gonoise reserves the right to limit quantities of products to provide a wide selection at great prices
  • You will be notified of change in product price prior to processing
  • You have to make 50% payment in advance
  • For bulk order, minimum quantity is 20
  • In case of any issue with the product after delivery, Gonoise has to be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. If you are unable to do so, Gonoise shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order
10. What is the warranty on Smart Watches? (Warranty only on smart watches)
  • We offer 6 Months warranty on software issues on all Noise smart watches from the date of delivery.
  • We give 30 days, warranty on battery from Date of delivery.
11. What is the warranty on Action Camera? (Warranty only on Action Camera)

Noise Action Cameras and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects six (6) months from the original date of purchase. Noise's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Noise's sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Noise assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Noise be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Because of possible user resealing error, this product is not warrantied against waterhousing leakage or any resulting damage. Please review and follow the instructions carefully when sealing the waterhousings! Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.

12. What is the warranty on Wireless speakers?

We offer 6 months manufacturing warranty on Noise speakers from the date of Delivery.

  • Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

  • There might be a lead time required to set up the transaction with your bank.
  • Return packages remains your responsibility until it is received by our team.
  • Replacement order will be initiated only after the quality check of the returned product
