What to keep in mind when returning a product?

1.Items can be returned or replaced. However, if an item is damaged or different from the condition when delivered then we will not be able to replace the product or provide a refund.
2.Incase of any issue regarding mobile cover size or wrong shipment delivered, customer care representative should be notified within 10 days from the date of delivery.
3.If the item has been delivered successfully but the customer no longer wants it, then the amount of the product will be refunded but the customer will have to bear the shipping charges. Price of shipping charge is Rs. 100 per order.

What to do if I do not receive my order?

If the customer does not receive his/her order then he/she can call us on 88-82-124-124 or send us an e-mail on Our support team will revert to you within 24-48 hours.

What is the time limit for a refund? reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure its status before issuing a refund. Once done the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

What is the procedure if I wish to request for a return/replacement?

If you wish to return/replace any product that you purchased from us then kindly click here, fill in your details and select “Any issues/related to refund/replacement procedure” option in the subject section. Our support team will contact you within 24-48 hours.

What is the procedure after I have asked for a refund/replacement?

1.If you do not get the refund/replacement product within 7-10 business days then you can contact our support team. They will be happy to assist you
2.We arrange reverse pick up for certain products*.
3.In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the refund/replacement request. If the item has already been dispatched then you can reject the replacement order.

When are returns not acceptable?

1.We will not be able to accept any returns after 10 days from the date of delivery.
2.We do not accept when the item is damaged or broken. Items should not be used.
3.All the items delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.


How do I cancel my order?

2.We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.

How long will it take to complete my cancellation request?

It will take 1-2 business days to cancel your order. You will be informed by our support team regarding your cancellation via e-mail or call.
